Although our fulfillment house is located in the USA, some of our specialty items are located in other countries such as Australia, Germany, the United Kingdom, and China. Sometimes your item can get stuck in customs and take a little longer for delivery.

HOW LONG IS THE PROCESSING TIME BEFORE MY PACKAGE IS SHIPPED

It is usually 1-3 business days for us to prepare your item to ensure they are perfect for our customers before sending the package to the shipping company to be shipped out.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Just in case you change your mind, we provide customers a chance to cancel their order within 24 hours after the order is placed.

I RECEIVED ONE OF MY ORDERS, WHERE'S THE REST THAT I ORDERED?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

We’ll send you your tracking number as soon as your order has been processed. In most cases, order processing takes between 12-48 hours.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGE AFTER IT SHIPS?

Once your order is placed, you have a window of 24 hours to cancel/modify your order. Then, it goes into production/processing which usually takes between 4-7 business days.

Once your order is shipped, standard shipping will take:

  • Asia, Europe 10-30 Days

  • Mexico, South America, Caribbean 10-30 Days

I'VE BEEN INFORMED TO PAY DUTIES AND TAXES ON MY ORDER! WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We do not collect VAT/GST, administrative fees, duties and/or taxes on your order and cannot predict what your charges may be. These additional charges, if applicable, are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. The recipient is responsible for these charges. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

We also do not issue any refunds for customs fees, duties, taxes, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees and/or duties for parcel release.

DO YOU ACCEPT CASH ON DELIVERY?

We do not accept Cash On Delivery (COD). We support credit card (Visa and Mastercard) and Paypal (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, JCB etc) payments.

HOW DO I REPORT A MISSING OR LOST PACKAGE?

Yoga Mandala will not issue a refund if the customer entered an incorrect/incomplete/inaccurate shipping address provided at checkout.

If your tracking says your package was delivered but you did not receive it or the package is missing, it is your responsibility to first contact your local post office to report the issue concerning your stolen/lost/undelivered parcel.

International Missing packages: For lost or missing International packages, We will offer our customers a Replacement or a Refund.

Return to Sender packages: All packages returned back to Yoga Mandala will receive a refund or re-shipment.

Packages stuck in customs: All packages stuck in customs will not held Yoga Mandala liable. The delay of the package is due to your country’s law that packages undergo custom clearance. It is the customer’s responsibility to call their customs to expedite the clearance process.

WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?

We currently accept any Major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card credit cards. We also accept PayPal.

We do not accept cash on delivery, bank transfers, personal or electronic checks, Bitcoin, money orders, or wire transfers at this time.

HOW DO I APPLY A DISCOUNT?

To apply a discount code, simply go to your cart, choose “checkout” and you can enter your discount code and a button to apply the discount to your purchase.

HOW LONG DO REFUNDS TAKE TO PROCESS?

When you request Yoga Mandala for a refund, our customer support specialist will submit a request to our accounting team. It takes 1-5 business days for our accounting team to review, approve, and process your refund. Once approved, you will receive an email notification confirming the refund.

You may expect to see the refund back to your account/card in about 3-7 business days. For PayPal, it will take 24 hours for the refund to show in your account.
