RETURN POLICY
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive the product ( IE sign over from your local postal service). If 30 days have gone by since unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
For damaged items, we only do replacements and you can only file a replacement within one(1) week prior to the date of successful delivery you have received your parcel. We are most willing about the refund but it’s when you return the item/s back to us and we do not account for any return postage.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please do note that return postage fees will not be covered by us. We do recommend emailing our support team for full inquiry details.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Upon purchase of your order, you will have up to 24 hours to cancel your order. We will provide a full refund if you cancel your order within 24 hours. However, if 24 hours have passed since you made the order, you will have to wait for your parcel to arrive before you can return them to us.
REFUND POLICY
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on your payment merchant.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
